Cancellation and Refund Policy
Welcome to Montessori Masters! We are committed to providing high-quality Montessori apparatus and quiet books to support your child’s educational journey. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms regarding cancellations, exchanges, and related processes.
1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- To cancel your order, please contact us at support@montessorimasters.in or call us at +91-8178789108.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.

Refund for Canceled Orders:
- If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct refunds, but we are happy to assist you with exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Products can be exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@montessorimasters.in or call +91-8178789108.
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.
- Montessori Masters is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of exchanged products. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchange Approval:
- Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
- If approved, we will process the exchange and send out the replacement product. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking details of your new order.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to assist you:

Reporting Damages:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product by emailing support@montessorimasters.in or calling +91-8178789108.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage, along with your order details.

Resolution for Defective Products:
- Upon verification, we will either replace the product at no additional cost or offer a store credit equivalent to the purchase price.
- Shipping charges for returning the defective product will be covered by Montessori Masters.
